Cancellation by Client:

• • 60+ days before trek start: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • 30-59 days before trek start: 50% of the total cost will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Less than 30 days before trek start: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by the Company: 

Junkiri Trekking reserves the right to cancel a trek due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or insufficient group size. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds exclude any costs incurred for personal arrangements (e.g., flights, visa fees).

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request and subject to incur bank fees. 

In the event of cancellation, diversion and shortening of the trip, or if certain services are not utilized due to personal reasons, customer’s volitions, or health issues, Junkiri shall not be obligated to provide any monetary or compensatory refund, nor shall it be required to arrange any alternative accommodations or services.
